No minimum order
Free delivery for orders over $100
$10 Delivery Charge for orders under $100
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday except Public Holidays
Orders are packed in a reusable styrofoam box, cryovaced and labelled.
Delivery available within the local Townsville area. For outer suburbs please email info@procutmeats.com.au to discuss further.

Delivery Process

Orders are delivered in a reusable Styrofoam box with ice packs. This is a temporary cold solution and you should transfer your order to a fridge or freezer within 2 hours of delivery.

Orders should be made ideally when someone is available to accept them. This can be either to home or work. If for an unavoidable situation someone isn’t able to accept the delivery we will make contact with you to arrange an alternate solution or obtain permission to leave in a safe place.

If nobody is able to accept the order and we are instructed to leave in a designated place it is no longer the responsibility of Procut Meats. All risks associated with leaving an order unattended are passed on to you once goods are handed over.

If you notice an issue or mix up with your order please call 47793317 to resolve within 24 hours of delivery.
