Do you offer Click + Collect?
Yes, we do. Simply order online and choose to pick up in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Where is your store located?
We're located in Annandale, Townsville, in Unit 5/56 Yolanda Dr, Annandale Q 4814.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 5am to 6pm, Saturdays from 5am to 3pm, and Sundays from 8am to 1pm.
We are not open for Public Holidays.
Do you offer delivery?
Sure do! Our delivery services are available to the Townsville area. For deliveries to outer suburbs please email our team at email@example.com to discuss further.
What are your delivery fees?
We kindly offer free delivery on orders over $100. Any orders below this amount will incur a $10 delivery fee.
There are no minimum order amounts for delivery.
What are your delivery time slots?
We offer three convenient time slots to choose from:
Deliveries are available Monday to Friday, except for Public Holidays.
How will my order arrive?
Our orders are all delivered in a reusable Styrofoam box with ice packs. This is only a temporary cold solution and you should transfer your order to a fridge or freezer within 2 hours of delivery.
Do I need to be home to accept my order?
Since we only provide a temporary cold solution for packaging, it is ideal for someone is present to accept the order on delivery. This can be either to home or work.
If for an unavoidable situation someone isn’t able to accept the delivery, we will make contact with you to arrange an alternate solution or obtain permission to leave in a safe place.
Please note, if nobody is able to accept the order and we are instructed to leave in a designated place, the order is no longer the responsibility of Procut Meats. All risks associated with leaving an order unattended are passed on to you once goods are handed over.
There was an error in my order, what do i do?
